<br /> a Farm Lease dated January 6, 1978, from Grace to Bennie Erwin
<br /> and Marna Strait covering said land.
<br /> By acceptance of this deed, B-C, for itself and its
<br /> successors and assigns assumes and agrees [o pay and dis-
<br /> charge in due course all of the liabilities of Grace existing
<br /> on the date hereof arising out of, or in any way relating to,
<br /> said land.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this deed has been executed on
