NPDES Gzneral Pznnit for Stonn +satzr Dischargzs
Annual Sitz Compliance Evaluation
Page ?
Is there any evidence of significant soil erosion due to runoff from developed areas
and, if so, what measures will betaken to control the erosion?
N/A - No such evidence exists suggesting significant soil erosion. If
significant amounts are observed, the areas will be revegetated or
physical barriers will be erected to control or prevent soil erosion.
4. Directin; storm water runoff from access roads and railroad lines to vegetated areas is
important for pollution control. Document the genera] condition of vegetated areas
including: grassed embankments, swales and borrow ditches in the area not
controlled by sedimentation ponds. Cite any deficiencies and recommend corrective
measures.
Road cuts and disturbed soil areas are promptly reveeetated. Success
-oE seeding has been eood. Have spills or leaks occurred in the area since the last inspection? Reference any
responses under the Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plan (SPCC) which
have occurred in the area not controlled by sedimentation ponds. If a spill or leak
has occurred that was not addressed under the SPCC, provide detailed information as
to the location, amount, type of material, and response conducted.
