<br />Or <br />AGILE STONE SYSTEMS, INC. <br />WOOTEN RESIDENCE <br />41941 ffiGHWAY 50 WEST <br />PARKDALE,COLORADO <br />OCTOBER 15, 1997 <br />Pu ose <br />This investigation was conducted to document the existing condition of the Wooten <br />residence at 41941 Highway 50 West, Parkdale, Colorado. <br />Procedure <br />Present at the inspection were Mr. and Mrs. Wooten (bwner and occupier) and Phil <br />Musial (of Vibra-Tech Engineers). The Wooten residence is approximately 50 years old. <br />The inspection consisted of examination of the residential exterior and interior. <br />The condition of the inspected sections of the structure may change after the date of <br />j . inspection due to many factors such as weather, fire, moisture, actions taken by the owner, <br />or the passage of time. This report deals with the condition of the structure at the time of <br />inspection. <br />The following report is based upon an examination of only those portions of the structure <br />that were readily accessible and could be visually inspected from the ground. No <br />inspection was made in areas obstructed, concealed, closed off; or in any area which <br />required dismantling, removal or movement of any object. <br />Photographs are attached to the rear of this report. <br />Roll #1 <br />Exterior of Residence <br />Photo #]) Identification photo from the south. <br />Photo #2) South side, southwest comer - stairstep crack in mortar. <br />Photo #3) South side, western most window -broken window pane. <br /> <br />.
