Requiring an Individual CDPS Permit <br /> <br />PART II <br />Page 20 <br />PERMIT NO.: COG-500000 <br />The Director may require any owner or operator covered under this <br />permit to apply fot and obtain an individual CDPS permit if: <br />a) The discharger is not in compliance with the conditions of this <br />General Permit; or, <br />b) Coaditiana or standards have changed so that the discharge no <br />longer qualifies for a General Permit. <br />c) Data becomes available which indicates water quality standards may <br />be violated. <br />The over or operator must be notified in writing that an application <br />for an individual CDPS permit is required. When an individual CDPS <br />permit is issued to an owner or operator otherwise covered under this <br />General Permit, the applicability of the General Permit to that owner <br />or operator is automatically terminated upon the effective date of the <br />individual CDPS permit. <br />15. Requesting an Individual CDPS Permit <br />Any owner or operator covered by this General Permit may request to be <br />ezcluded from the coverage by app Lying for an individual CDPS Permit. <br />16. Requesting Coverage Under the General Permit <br />The owner or operator of a facility ezcluded from coverage by this <br />General Permit solely because that facility already has an individual <br />permit may request that the individual permit be revoked and that the <br />facility be covered by this General Permit. Such request shall be <br />evaluated by the Division per criterion specified in Part I of this <br />permit. <br />
