Modification, Suspension, or Revocation of Permits By the Division <br />AL1 permit modification, termination or revocation and reisauance <br />actions shall be subject to the requirements of the State Discharge <br />Permit System Regulations, Sections 6.6.2, 6.6.3, 6.8.0 and 6.16.0, S <br />C.C.R. 1002-2, ezcept for minor modifications. Minor modifications <br />may only correct typographical errors, require a change in the <br />frequency of monitoring or reporting by the permittee, change an _ <br />interim date in a schedule of compliance or allow fot a change in <br />ownership or operational control of a facility including addition, <br />deactivation or relocation of discharge points where the Division <br />determines that no other change in the permit is necessary. <br />a) This permit may be modified, suspended, or revoked in whole or in <br />part during its term for reasons determined by the Division <br />including but not limited to, the following: <br />(i) Violation of any terms or conditions of the permit; <br />(11) Obtaining a permit by misrepresentation or failing to <br />disclose any fact which is material to the granting or <br />denial of a permit or to the establishment of terms or <br />conditions of the permit; or <br />(Sii) Materially false or inaccurate statements or information <br />in the application for the permit; or <br />(iv) Promulgation of a tozic effluent standards or prohibitions <br />(including any schedule of compliance specified 1^ such <br />effluent standard or prohibition) which are established <br />under Section 307 of the Clean Water Act, where such a <br />tozic pollutant is present in the discharge and such <br />standard or prohibition is more stringent than any <br />limitation for such pollutant in this permit. <br />Code: i - 31 Date: 1 - 84 <br />
