8. Records Retention _
All records and information resulting from the monitoring activities
required by Chia permit including all records of analyses performed
and calibration and maintenance of instrumentation and recordings from
continuous monitoring instrumentation shall be retained for a minimum
of three (3) years, or longer if requested by the Regional
Administrator or the State Water Quality Control Division.
