Please note that Table E-16 incorrectly
identifies Wilcox Reservoir as decreed Spring #16. A revised table was provided in MCC's
responses to the Division's reivew of the 1995 AHR review to cottectly identify the
resource as decreed Spring #14. Also, as noted in MCC's responses to the AHR review, a
revised Table E-15 was provided which includes water quality analyses for Wilcox
Reservoir No. 1 and no record of sampling other than as reported was found. MCC will
follow the monitoring program specified in the permit.
2. In future AHRs, the flow measurement will be identified as outflow or inflow from the
Stockponds on Jumbo Mountain. At most other Stockponds, the outflow is measured.
3. MCC will continue to make note of the water level at Wilcox Reservoir and will document
observations in the AHR.
Please call if you have any questions.
Kathy Welt
102396.dac
cc: Ron Hanna, WATEC
