E' . <br />~ "' <br />3.2 NON-IRRIGATED AGRICULTURE <A-2) <br />g.2.1 PURPOSE. The standards of this district are designed to <br />absorb the farm related development discouraged in the A-1 <br />district; encourage the use of the land for ranching and <br />other agricultural purposes; and to alloy residential de- <br />velopment to the extent that it is not detrimental to the open <br />character and fragile nature of the area. <br />g.2.2 USES BY RIGHT, A use by right is any of the following uses, <br />which are permitted: <br />3.2.2.1 Accessory buildings and uses <br />3.2.2.2 Cold Storage Lockers <br />3.2.2.3 Contractor's Yard <br />3.2.2.4 Drilling Company Equipment Yard <br />3.2.2.5 Dwelling, Single Family <br />3.2.2.6 Family Care Home <br />3.2.2.7 Farming and Ranching <br />3.2.2.8 Game preserves <br />3.2.2.9 Grazing <br />3.2.2.10 Guest House <br />3.2.2.11 Housing, Tenant <br />3.2.2.12 Mobile Home, Ownex Occupied or Tenant <br />3.2.2.13 Family Burial Plot <br />3.2.2.14 Sand, Gravel, Rock and Dirt Extraction <br />3.2.2.15 Home Occupation <br />3.2.3 USES BY REVIEW. A use by review is any of 'the following <br />uses which are permitted only upon issuance of a Special <br />Use Permit by the County Planning Commission. <br />3.2.3.1 Airfield <br />3.2.3.2 Athletic Field <br />3.2.3.3 Broadcasting station and trasmitter <br />3.2.3.4 Campgrounds <br />3.2.3.5 Cemetery <br />3.2.3.6 Church <br />3.2.3.7 Drive-in theatre <br />3.2.3.8 Hay, grain, feed, seed and Fertilizer retail and <br />wholesale storage, <br />3.2.3.9 Kennel <br />3.2.3.10 Livestock sales and auction <br />3.2.3.11 Feedlot, Commercial <br />3.2.3.12 Mineral Extraction, excluding Sand, Gravel, Rock, <br />or Dirt Extraction. <br />3.2.3.13 Veterinary Hospital and Clinic <br />I$ <br />
