Edwin Hogle <br />999 18th Street, Suite 500 <br />Denver, Colorado 80202-2466 <br />303-312-6137 <br />FINAL PERMIT DECISION AND APPEAL PROCESS <br />After the hearing and the close of the public comment <br />period, EPA will issue a final permit decision and will notify <br />all commentors regarding this decision. The permit decision will <br />be whether to issue, deny, or modify the permit; or to revoke and <br />reissue the draft permit. The final permit shall become <br />effective thirty (30) days after the final decision is issued, <br />unless no commentors request a change to the draft permit in <br />which case the permit shall become effective immediately upon <br />issuance. <br />Within thirty (30) days after a final decision has been <br />issued, any person who filed comments on the draft permit or <br />participated in the public hearing may petition the Administrator <br />to review the permit decision, commentors are directed to 90 CFR <br />Sections 124.15 through 124.20 for regulations and procedural <br />requirements governing this appeal process. <br />AUG 16 2QDD <br />Date of Publication <br />
