Oakridge Energy, Inc.
III IIIIIIIIIIIIIIII
4617 Jacksbor Highway
Wichita Falls, Texas 76302
Phone 940 322 4772
Fax 940 322 9452
January 1, 2001
Mr. Harry Ranney
Division of Mineral and Geology
1313 Sherman Street
Denver Co 80203
RECEIVED
JAN 1 ~ 2001
Division of Minerals 8 Geology
Re: CDPS Permits No. COG-85007
Dear Mr. Ranney:
Enclosed are the remaining NPDES DMR's for the above permit. Also enclosed
are the Acculabs test results of October 31, 2000 water samples.
All NPDES DMR's, Quarterly Sediment Pond Inspections, and water sampling
test results have been provided to Mike Savage for the Annual Hydrology Report.
Regarding the qualifications of Shawn Price to inspect the sediment ponds, his
resume is attached. Also attached is a Letter of Recommendation from Mark
Young of American Cometra, a Division of Fina. Shawn has a degree in Biology
with a minor in Chemistry. Shawn was responsible for daily well supervision and
treatments, btu testing, compression emergencies, etc. for six years before moving
to Colorado. The lease on which he worked was sold by Oakridge for
$21,000,000.00 and by American Cometra for in excess of $125,000,000.00
("crown jewel of the company's assets referenced in Mark Young of American
Cometra's 2-24-981etter) after an extensive drilling program. I certainly believe
he is qualified to inspect this non-active mining operation.
Since ely,
~,~ Cli
Sandra Pautsky
President
