Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment CDPS permit no. CO-00271 ~4 covers sediment ponds within both the Eckman Park and Mine No. I CDMG permit (C-31-071) and the Foidel Creek Mine CDMG permit (C-82-056). Discharge monitoring reports were sent to the Division in accordance with CDMG Rttle 4.0~.13(2)(a)(iii) for all monthly submittal for 1999 and 2000. Discharges from sites Outfall 001, Outfall 003, Outfal] 007 had recorded permit limitation excursions for the following reporting periods. 001 01/1/99-03/31/99 WET 10/1/99-12/31/99 WET 01/1/00-03/31/00 WET 003 03/1/99-93!31(49 TSS 12/1/99-12/31/99 TSS 02/1/00-02/29/00 TSS 007 01/1/99-03/31/99 WET CYCC/I'CC reported the excursions to CDPH&E as required by Rule 4.05.13(2)(a)(ii). CDMG was notified of permit limitation excursions. No State of Colorado CDPH&E or Federal water quality violations were issued in 1999 or 2000 in compliance with Rule 4.05.1(3).
