The stand in the northeast corner <br />of the property appears in good condition and is producing approxi~rately <br />4-S tons per acre per year. The remainder appears to be a new planting <br />' with about 40-50% of a stand, In some areas there is almost no stand <br />at all. In the areas where there is a 40-50% stand, the yield should be <br />2-3 tons per acre, <br />The remainder of the property is comprised of various toeeds and grasses, <br />~ ' These are all common to waste areas. See attached list for species. <br />There arc scattered trees found on the property. Most of these are found <br />' along the South Platte P`iver, the southern boundary and some in the waste <br />area to the southwest of the buildings.
