J~f ~ MINED LAND [JILDLIFE STATEMENT/EVALUATION (Revised) <br />,.~( ~. <br />for limited impact and select regular mine applications <br />The following information pertaining to wildlife is provided for use by Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board in their consideration of a mining permit for: <br />' DDD Lease - Clay - NE`s, Sec 2. T6S, R64W and of NWti, Sec. 6, T6S, R63W <br />Name/Type and Location of Mine (Legal) <br />' Wildlife Species list: <br />Antelope, deer, coyote, fox, skunk, weasel, badger, rabbits, dove, magpie, raptors, <br />' numerous small rodents and seasonal songbirds <br />Endangered/critical species/impacted: <br />N%A <br />.. <br />' Critical habitats/vegetative communities impacted: <br />N/A <br />' Assessment of impact: <br />Minor - Area in R63W is shortgrass prairie that is heavily grazed and open, <br />' rolling area bounded by the County line road. Area in R64W is cutivated dryland <br />bounded on the north by the same county line road. Both plots have a considerable <br />amount of yucca. <br />' Mine Reclamation recommendations (include key species/habitats for which restoration <br />is designed). <br />' 'Any walls should be sloped a minimum of 3:1 and remaining area graded and topsoil <br />replaced.
