We have determined that the mining plan and the proposed operations <br />will comply with the Mineral Leasing Act of 1920, as amended, all applicable requirements <br />of 43 CFR Subpart 3480, and the conditions and special stipulations of the Federal Lease. <br />Based on the review of the R2P2, I find that maximum economic recovery of the Federal <br />coal within Federal lease COC-53510 will be achieved and that the Federal lease bond for <br />rental and production is adequate. <br />If you have any questions, please call Desty Dyer at FTS 700-322-7239. <br />1`J <br />f:!. ~~ <br />~: O-.
