Dept. of IJatural Resocrces <br />Reference is made to my permit fora oravel pit. <br />The last paragraph of the permit, under agreements, it <br />is stated that the total disturbed acreage shall not <br />exceed 8 acres and the annual extraction to be limited <br />to 70,n00 tons. The acre limit as stated on page 2 <br />totals 20 acres; shouldn't the total disturbed acreage <br />be 2n acres on pave 3? Also, rather than a limit on <br />the annual extraction, could this he left open?
