It appears that all applicable rules have been met at this time. Therefore, staff is nleased to <br />inform Lewicki and Associates and Mart>aret Hale that the above referenced application is apnroved. <br />Based on the Reclamation Plan and other information provided, staff estimates the initial reclamation <br />liability to be $50,213.00. Please submit a Performance and Financial Warranty for the full amount to <br />the Denver Office, Attention: Elizabeth Shelton. The permit will not become active until the warranties <br />are approved.
