Subject Lafazge's Combined Middle Poudre Augmentation Lease for Water Yeaz 2007
Deaz Kim:
The Lake Canal Reservoir Company has reserved 67.63 acre-feet of augmentation water for
Lafazge for the following combination of sites: 35th Ave, Three Bells, Weitzel, Kyger, POE and
East Rigden for the Water Yeaz 2007. The source of augmentation water will be from a system
of reservoirs owned by the Lake Canal Reservoir Company. Some of the reservoirs are know as
the Gray Lakes and they aze senior reservoirs filled from the Box Elder Creek, a tributary to the
Cache La Poudre River.
The lease will be for the months shown in the table provided by you and found below:

It is your responsibility to coordinate the substitute water supply plan for Lafarge, including the
