• proposed Notice <br />Please take notice that the Colorado Yampa Coal Company (CYCC), Post <br />Office Box 774288, Steamboat Springs, Colorado 80477, has submitted an <br />application for the issuance of a permit to conduct surface coal mining <br />and reclamation operations at Energy Mine No. 3, approximately 10 miles <br />southwest of Steamboat Springs, Colorado, on Routt County Road 433.
