In addition to your
responses and clarifications to Mr. Oswald there aze a few other revisions necessary for us to
complete the processing of your Plan of Operation as it relates to the BLM land involved.
Mining Plan
1. Your response to Mr. Oswald indicates that you expect to produce 7000 tons of ore per yeaz.
Please describe how long you expect the mine to be in operation and what you expect the total
volume of production to be over the life of the project.
2. Please describe your expected annual operating season. Will it be set or dependent upon
weather?
3. How many trucks per day (and what type) do you expect to be on the Henson Creek road. Will
this occur uniformly throughout the yeaz or will there be peak times.
4. How do you intend to secure the portal and any other facilities such as the explosives shed when
the mine is not in operation.
5. Indicate how you will provide for necessary secondary fuel containment for your fuel and oil
supplies and for any stationary equipment.
Reclan~ation Plan
1. Your plan indicates your intention to gate and lock the portal at the completion of your project.
You need to revise the Reclamation Plan to show that to provide for long term safety of the site the
portal will be permanently closed by backfilling.
