Transfer of Ownership ur Control (Continued) <br />(c) The current permittae has met all fee requirements of the State <br />Discharge Permit System Regulations, Section 6.16.0. <br />4. Availability of Report:; <br />Except for data determined to be confidential under Section 308 of Che <br />Federal Clean Water Act and Regulations for the State Discharge Permit <br />System 6.6.4 (2), all reports prepared in accordance with the terms of <br />this permit shall be available for public inspection at the offices of <br />the Slate Water Quality Control Division and the Regional Administrator. <br />5. Modification, Suspension, or Revocation of Permits By the Division <br />all permit modification, termination or revocation and reissuance <br />actions shall be subject to the requirements of the State Discharge <br />Permit System Regulations, Sections 6.6.2, 6.6.3, 6.8.0 and 6.16.0, 5 <br />C.C.R. 1002-2, except for minor modifications. Minor modifications may <br />only correct typographical errors, require a change in the frequency of <br />monitoring or reporting by the permittee, change an interim date in a <br />schedule of compliance or alloy for a change in ownership or <br />operational control of a facility including addition, deactivation or <br />relocation of discharge points where the Division determines that no <br />other change in the permit is necessary. <br />a) This permit may be modified, suspended, or revoked in whole or in <br />part during its term for reasons determined by the Division <br />including but not limited to, the following: <br />(i) Violation of any terms or conditions of the permit; <br />(!i) Obtaining a permit by misrepresentation or failing to <br />disclose any fact which is material to the granting or <br />denial of a permit or [o the establishment of terms or <br />conditions of the permit; or <br />(iii) Materially false or inaccurate statements or information in <br />the application for the permit; or <br />Code: i - 30 Date: 1 - 84 <br />
