7. The Company is without sufficient information <br />or knowledge regarding the allegations contained in paragraph <br />7, and therefore denies those allegations. However, the <br />Company admits that it has received a photocopy of a document <br />entitled "US EPA Region VIII Test Report" which contains the <br />results of biological toxicity tests conducted on certain <br />samples described in the report, and states that the photocopy <br />of the report speaks for itself. The Company is without <br />sufficient information or knowledge at this time to attest to <br />the accuracy, propriety, or validity of the collection, <br />transmission, storage, analysis and reporting regarding the <br />samples alleged to have been subjected to aquatic biomonitoring <br />tests, and therefore denies the accuracy, propriety, and <br />validity of the reported test results. <br />B. The Company is without sufficient information <br />or knowledge regarding the allegations contained in paragraph <br />8, and therefore denies those allegations. <br />9. In response to the allegations contained in the <br />first sentence of paragraph 9, the Company admits that on <br />March 11, 1988, a Division representative inspected the site, <br />but is without sufficient information or knowledge regarding <br />the allegations in the remainder of that sentence and therefore <br />denies those allegations. In response to the allegations <br />contained in the second sentence of paragraph 9, the Company <br />admits that a Division representative along with a DOW <br />(Colorado Division of Wildlife) representative collected <br />samples at discharge point 002, but is without sufficient <br />information or knowledge regarding the allegations in the <br />remainder of that sentence and therefore denies those <br />allegations. <br />10. The Company is without sufficient information <br />or knowledge regarding the allegations contained in paragraph <br />10, and therefore denies those allegations. However, the <br />Co^?any aamits that it has received a photocopy of a document <br />entitled "US EPA Region VIII Test Report" which contains the <br />results of biological toxicity tests conducted on certain <br />samples described in the report, and states that the photocopy <br />of the report speaks for itself.
