Yale <br />PROJECT NAME: Seneca II Alluvial Wells <br />Flagstaff, AZ 86001 COUNTY: Routt <br />DATE: September 26, 1988 <br />This report is filed in accordance with Rule 2.02.6(3)(b) of the Regulations <br />of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining adopted in <br />accordance with the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Act, C.R.S. 34-33-101 et sue,. <br />The report is to be submitted to the Division within 30 days after the end of <br />the period of exploration specified in the approved Notice of Intent, as <br />amended. <br />1. Attach a map showing: <br />a) The final locations of all holes drilled during this project, <br />_ b) The locations of all roads modified or constructed for.the <br />- project, and <br />c) All areas significantly disturbed by the operator. <br />2. Have all disturbed areas, including drill holes, been reclaimed in <br />accordance with the approved plan and the above-referenced regulations? yes <br />~3.
