Long <br />Dinvon Dveclrn <br />Re: Receipt of 110(2) Reclamation Permit Application, Gunkel Pit #31, File <br />No. M-93-088 <br />Dear Commissioner Miller: <br />We have received your reclamation permit application for the Gunkel Pit k31, <br />File No. M-93-088, which is located in Baca County. All comment and review <br />periods began on November 26, 1993. The decision date for your application is <br />scheduled for December 27, 1993. <br />Newspaper publication of a notice regarding the filing of your application and <br />transmittal of a copy of the notice to all owners of record of surface rights <br />to the affected land and all owners of record of lands that are within 200 <br />feet of the boundary of the affected land is required within 10 days after <br />submittal. Proof of the notice and mailing, such as Certified Mail - Return <br />Receipt Requested, must be submitted to the Division of Minerals and Geology <br />prior to the decision date. Additionally, any changes or additions to the <br />application on file in our off ice must also be reflected in the public review <br />copy which has been placed with the Baca County Clerk and Recorder. <br />The Division is reviewing your application to determine whether it is adequate <br />to meet the requirements of the Act.
