Laws H.B. 1065); and <br />'.d.'.EREAS, for the purposes of issuing [his permit, the operator has made a <br />satisfactory sheaving to the Board that he will employ during and after his <br />open mining operations procedures reasonably designed torinimi:.e <br />as moot as practicable the disruption from the open miring operatiors <br />and •.aiLl arovide for the rehabilitation of the affected land through the rehabilitation <br />of pla~i[ cover, soil stability, wa[er resources, and other measures appropriate to [he <br />subsequent beneficial use of such mined and reclaimed lands; and that in the event <br />of the failure of his proposed reclamation plan, he will take wha[ever measures which <br />nay be necessary in order to assure the success of reclamation of the lands affected <br />by his open mining operations; and, <br />;,: 3ER)=45, for the purposes of issuing this permit, a cone of the application <br />approv=_d by the "1in~d Land Reclamation Board of the State of Colorado is attached <br />to this permit and thereby becomes a part of the terms hereof. <br />SJW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the au[hority set forth in [he Colorado `Lned <br />Land Reclamation Act, Article 32 of Title 35, C.R.S. 1973, as amended, (1976 <br />Sess.
