Total affected land is 56 acres, however our mining <br />operation will never exceede the 22 acres presently <br />being mined. All other acreage was disturbed before <br />1976. We are willing to obtain the permit for the <br />total 56 acres. <br />2. We agree to change the land use from agriculture to <br />rangeland. <br />EXHIBT E = RECLAMATION PLAN <br />1. In the future the material larger than 1 1/2" will <br />be crushed to the smaller sizes we presently market. <br />2. All buildings and tracks will be entirely removed <br />upon mining completion. ( In some of our land leases <br />there are provisions requiring removal of all trackage and <br />equipment. ) <br />3. The topsoil that is currently stockpiled on the site _ <br />is the Phase 11 area shown in blue on the survey map. <br />Estimated stockpiled topsoil 15,000 Cubic yards. <br />4. We agree to use salvaged topsoil for redistribution <br />over critical areas. <br />
