Project-Specific Plans and Parameters -Exploration activities aze expected to be completed by the middle <br />of October. <br />1'he exploration program will otherwise comply with the requirements of Rule 2.02 of the Regulations of the <br />Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board. <br />6.0 CULTURAL RESOURCES AND BIOLOGICAL CLEARANCES <br />Cultural and paleontological resources, threatened and endangered (T & E) species block clearance <br />assessments have been completed in 2005 fox the roads and sites included in this NOI. Copies of the reports <br />have previously been forwarded to the Division and appropriate agency(s) as soon as they were completed. <br />2006 raptor nest site surveys and other required sensitive species nesting surveys will be completed prior to <br />site entry. <br />9.0 RECLAMATION COST ESTIMATE <br />There is approximately 3,850' of new road construction, 900 feet of trail reconditioning and 0.50 acres of pad <br />disturbance and 5,600' of total drill depth. OMLLC requests that the Division prepare the reclamation cost <br />estimate for the 2 drill pads and road reclamation. <br />
