Ducharee Monitoring Reoort: Occidental Oil Shale Inc. must submit a Discharge Monlloring Report (DMR) on <br />a monthly basis to the Division. This report should contain the required summarization of the test results for <br />parameters shown in Tables VI-4 and Part I.B.1 of the permit. See the permit, Para I.B.1 and I.B.2for details <br />on such submission. <br />2. Additional Reportin¢: No additional monitoring is being incorporated tuo the renewal permit. <br />3. Soecial Reoorts -Special repots are required in the evem of a spill, bypass, or other noncompliance. Please refer <br />to Part 11, Section A.1, A.2, A.3, and A.6 of the permit for reporting requirements. <br />D. Additional Terms and Conditions <br />1. ~natorv Requirements -Signatory requirements for reports and submittals are discussed in Part /, Section D.I <br />of the permit. <br />2. Materials Containment Plan: According to the perndttee, the last Materials Containment Plan x+os submitted in <br />October 1986. An update to the plan rs required to be filed within 90 days of the permit effective date, detailing <br />all changes which have occurred since the original submittal. For sped requirements, refer to Part LE of the <br />permit. <br />
