INTRODUCTION <br /> The purpose of this report is to provide the additional information <br />' requested by the various reviewing agencies with regards to the special <br /> exception Application submitted by the Cooley Gravel Company. The infor- <br />' mation presented herein supplements the report "Drainage Plan for Che <br /> Morrison Quarry Expansion" prepared by Bishop Associates dated January 25, <br />' 1982, which was an exhibit to the application. The basic concepts and <br /> conclusions presented in the Bishop Associates report have been followed <br />' in this analysis. <br /> The Bishop Report presented three alternatives for the drainage design <br />' of the quarry. Subsequent .to receiving comments from the reviewing agencies, <br /> the alternatives have been narrowed to a single plan, which is Alternative II. <br />' Drainage <br />vation Board <br />' (Engineering <br />Appendix A. <br />explained he <br /> <br />related comments were received from the Colorado Water Conser- <br />(CWCB) and the Jefferson County Division of Public Works <br />and Transportation). Copies of these comments are attached as <br />The information requested by these agencies is pre:vented and <br />rein . <br />' II. DRAINAGE PLAN <br />' A. ALTERNATIVE PLAN DESCRIPTION <br />Alternative II was selected by the owner for implementation and consists <br />of the following elements (Refer to Figure-1). <br />i ' ].
