The two areas located at the east end of the Curley No. 4 and No. 6 Claims <br />labeled as "New Mining Area" on Exhibit E reference only underground work <br />areas and do not relate to surface disturbance. <br />14. All surface structures posted on Exhibit E and the oblique aerial photograph <br />submitted are owned by IUSA or IUC Colorado Plateau, other than the county <br />road and all electric transmission power support poles beyond the transformer <br />substation. <br />15 The new permit/operation requested by IUSA will not require a Department of <br />Health Stormwater Permit. Furthermore, as stated in response to (6) above, best <br />management practices (BMPs) have been and will be implemented to prevent <br />both ninon and runoff of stormwater. <br />16.
