Responses parallel the sequence of paragraphs/questions posted in the
November 18, 1998 correspondence and are as follows:
The group of claims referenced in the application and posted on Exhibit G are
operated by International Uranium (USA) Corporation (TUBA) ("TUBA") and
owned and controlled by lUC Colorado Plateau, LLC ("TUC Colorado Plateau"),
an affiliate of IUSA, and IUSA. Land within 200 feet of the permit area, which is
not held by mineral lode claim is public domain and is managed by the Bureau of
Land Management. Proof of Notice to the BLM was previously submitted as an
addition to Exhibit J. Also attached hereto is a copy of the filings maintaining the
claims for the September 1, 1998 to September I, 1999, to be added to Exhibit G.
2. Road access to the ventilation shaft located on the Rodman No. 4 Claim is an
established "Way" used by the general public for fuel wood gathering, grazing
allotment access and public utility company inspection of the electric power
transmission line and therefore as such is excluded from the mine site permitted
acreage.
3. The exact location of the future ventilation shaft on the Curley 3 or 4 Claim is yet
to be established, although access to the fitture ventilation shaft will be via the
existing public utility company electric power transmission line inspection road
and right-of--way. Anew road is not expected to be required.
