The inspection was performed by J. E. <br />Stover, a registered engineer. <br />Rule 4.05.9(14)(a) Such inspections shall be made regularly during construction, upon <br />completion of construction, and at least yearly until removal of the structure or release of the <br />performance bond. <br />The report is a yeazly inspection of existing impoundments. <br />Rule 4.05.9(14)(b) The yualifed registered professional engineer shall, promp!!y after each <br />inspection required by 4.05.9(14), provide to [he Division, a certified report that the impoundment <br />has been constructed and/or maintained as designed, and in accordance with the approved plan and <br />the applicable reg:~lations. <br />
