Therefore, in order to comply with your request and <br />presumably C.R.S. 1973, 34-32-112(3), and the Board's Rule <br />2.12(6), the area in question is designated for wildlife <br />habitat use. This designation is made in order to comply <br />with your request and is not an intent on the part of the <br />Brannan Sand and Gravel Company to appropriate water for <br />any beneficial use.
