'~ • • <br />OTHER PER~IITS <br />The arbitrary compliance deadline of the Colorado Water Quality Control <br />Division aside, there is no requirement for state-wide general Stormwater Permit <br />certification until 30 days before occurrence of site disturbance activity resulting <br />in off-site stormwater discharge. Since the initial eight staged units of this <br />operation, comprising several years of operations, shall be internally drained «~th <br />no off-site discharge of surface water, a Stormwater Permit certification <br />application would be premature at this time. A qualifying stormwarer <br />management plan has been developed, however, and incorporated into the <br />reclamation permit plans. <br />Equipment and site emission permit applications are also in the development <br />phase, and not yet available for release. <br />County land use and floodploin considerations have been verified in compliance <br />by Montezuma County Administrator, Thomas J. Weaver.
