Various nongame bird,
rabbit
i•;ourning Dove
Coyote
Endangered/critical species/impacted:
?.one that we are aware of.
Critical habitats/vegetative communities impacted:
i+one that we are aware of.
Assessment of impact:
mammal, & reptile spp.
1•:inimal due to it's location on top of a small hill, in a grazed pasture, and the fact
that a pit already exists due to previous gravel operations.
Mine Reclamation recommendations (include key species/habitats for which restoration
is designed).
I reconanend that the site be graded and sloped to j:l or less and reseeded x3 ti: native
Erasses. crush piles can be constructed to provide cover for wildlife species. Gince
the surrounding area is very arid, I recommend that at least part of the bottom of the
nit be sealed. This would increase the chances of the site holding rater for local wild-
life species and cattle during wet years or after heavy thunderstorms. Grazing should
be restricted until the reseeded grasses have a chance to establish themselves.
Prepared By:~~//~~ ..~ 1" ~~d,y
Sub^itted By: \ ,~..~. ~ ~'._
finis statement is void if not processed within I year.
_ ___,_._:~ a,...~ ..,.. ,-.,,,crir„ro annroval of aoolication
Date: N~ l~ Q~
Date: `1-2C~-r'C~
