(CT&E) conducted a two species acute bioassay on
the West Fork of Sylvester Gulch effluent discharge. This discharge has been designated as
outfall 017. The purpose of this bioassay was to determine if the facility complies with the WET
'" portion of the Colorado State Permit System Authorization to Dischazge. The test organisms
utilized were the fathead minnow (Pimephales promelas) and the daphnid (Daphnia magna).
Test results indicate that the effluent was not acutely toaic to either species.
