Exhibit L provides estimated costs for topsoil and seeding on 6.7 acres, whereas the new <br />map shows approximately 35 acres requiring topsoil and seeding. If the depth of excavation exceeds 16 feet, and excavation is within 200 feet of any significant, <br />.valuable, and permanent man-made structures not owned by the Operator, amount of required <br />mining setback to the structure or right-of-way will be increased as necessary to be two-times the <br />depth of the excavation. <br />2. The total amount of financial warranty required for permit issuance is set at $510,198. <br />3.
