All impoundment <br />inspections were conducted by a qualified impoundment inspector. Inspections took place on <br />June 215`, June 22"d and June 26a'. During the second quarter inspection, the following <br />maintenance items were noted. <br />East Flume -fill spillway burrows <br />Oak Gulch #1 -remove sediment from pond <br />Sage Gulch #2 -reset sediment marker <br />East Pyeatt #1-remove sediment from pond <br />Middle Pyeatt - fill a burrow in the spillway <br />Coyote -reset sediment marker <br />Johnson #6 -fill bun•ows on crest and downstream face <br />Johnson #7 -replace the identification sign <br />Johnson #8 -clean sediment and vegetation out of spillway crest <br />Industrial Waste Pond -install an identification sign <br />West Horse Gulch -replace sediment mazker <br />Deal Gulch - install an identification sign <br />At this time, none of the maintenance items represent a hazard to the integrity of the drainage <br />and sediment control system All ponds aze functioning as designed.
