Mr. Elmer Andrews of 2434 C Street NW, Greeley, CO 80631 has an <br />adjudicated irrigation wall decreed in W-5122 that has bean dawatared along with Iha <br />adjacent pits. I1Ir. A:.drews would li4e to redrill this wel! and has concluded that it migtit <br />not be possible because the alhrvium aglrifer is completely drained.
