Review of
our land records show that all the.minerals in T.15S„ R.94W, Sec. 4: Lot 4 (NWNW) .
and Sec. 5: Lot 1 (NENE) are federal minerals. The BLM has not received a request
from the applicant to purchase the gravel, therefore, at this time they do not have the
authority to remove the gravel. Once we receive a request to purchase the gravel, we
will complete an environmental analysis and a decision will be made whether or not to
authorize a sale.
If you have any questions or require further information, please contact Lynn Lewis at
(970) 2A0-5305, or at the above address.
Sincerely yours,
Allan J.
