The main access road will remain after termination of operations because of
livestock interests that will continue to use it. Other land disturbances such
as side roads, buildings, excavations, impoundment ponds, etc., will be reclaimed
by re-contouring with coarse material and covered with "soil like material".
Contour trenching every 100 feet, one to two feet deep will be used on slopes
greater than 20Y, also contour furrowing two feet apart and 4-8 inches deep will
be used to control erosion. These other land disturbances account for 31.85 acres.
A successful reclamation effort on the disposal pile, and other disturbed
areas, will "rehabilitate vegetation, wildlife, water, air and soil interests".
The final land use will be marginal wildlife habitat - the same as before development.
