1. An Air Pollution permit will be applied for prior to commence-
ment of operations.
2. No County permit is needed. See letter from Pueblo County in
the Appendix for more information.
3. This is an open pit operation and ground water will be not ex-
posed so a well permit and temporary supply plan is unneces-
sary.
4. A dredge fill permit (404) is not required because waters of
the U.S. will not be impacted.
5. A Storm Water Management Plan (SWMP) will not be necessary for
this pit as there will be no discharge from the mined area.
6. A NPDES permit to cover stormwater runoff is not required, all
stormwater will be retained on site.
