{~ ~ ~ <br />Lotter ~or}~orxfion <br />Colorado Department of Natural <br />Resources <br />January 25, 1978 <br />Page Three <br />The difference between the water level in the lioldincJ <br />tank at the beginning of the operational cycle and ttie <br />final water level at the end of the operational cycle: <br />is the maximum consumptive use that occurs at the ore' <br />sorter. <br />Referring to the calculations on the follocaing pages <br />(Appendix A), the consumptive use of water during each <br />two day operational cycle is 846 gallons. This calc~i- <br />lation is based upon an average difference bet~•:een tiie <br />initial water level and the final water level in the <br />holding tank of one foot. <br />T'~is information, and supplemental data, was presented <br />i~ response to the specific questions outlined in ou:- <br />discussions this morning.
