WHAT WILL BE THE ULTIMATE HEIGHT OF THE TAILINGS PONDS <br />EMBANKMENTS? HOW WILL TAILINGS BE CONTAINED? HOW WILL <br />TAILINGS POND #4 AFFECT HIGHWAY 110? WHAT IS THE EMERGE~ICY <br />TAILINGS AREA USED FOR? IN OTHER WORDS, ARE THERE POTENTIAL <br />HAZARDS THAT REQUIRE THE MAILITENANCE OF AN EMERGENCY TAILINGS <br />AREA?
