Enclosed find Map #1 depicting
a two pond system for runoff from rip-rap benches in this
area. This plan should be substituted for the April 13,
1984 submittal that used a rock check dam system. Map #1
depicts only one area to the east of the loadout pad that
will use a rock check dam-catch pond-haybale system. This
area will capture runoff from the lower bench only while
the upper bench floors are directed toward sediment ponds
1 and 2.
Hydrologic data for sediment ponds 1 and 2 are enclosed
for your review. If you have any questions concerning
this submittal, please feel free to call me.
Sincerely,
!.H'h ~ul/WfJQ
Tim Chervick
Lab/Environmental Technician
TC/ls
Enclosure
cc:Will [•7right, WFA
Mike Weigand, WF-U
Dan Michelson, BLM
