Consequently, the operation is permitted vadar tan Provisions of Sec. 13 of the La Plata County `:odel Zoning Resolution. Upon inspection of the site in September,:1976, ve found this operation to be conducted on the east deposit ban:c of tae Animas River, aaprori^~ately 1iJ feet fron the north section line of Section 27 and 1030 faet from t:ie :cast sec- tion line of Sectloa 27, Township 36, Range 9 West N.AI.P.?t. The operation is conducted between the eater line of tae Animas River and the top flood banL. At the tiuze of inspection, this Department did not consider this operation to pose any threat to any agriculture operations surrounding Sandco's location, or did the operation have any affect on water of the Animas River.
