<br />created by a Quit Claim Dexd from W. D. SWING as grantor to W. D. SWING, 1R. and
<br />w. D. L•W1NG, 7R. as Trustee for ELIZABE'T'H ANNE SWING dated August 15, I'~67
<br />and recorded at Reception No. 347347 of the records of the La Plaa County Clerk and

<br />1. Grant. In consideration of the concurrent purchase by the Lesset from the

<br />consideration, including the production royalties and tArrmitments herein agree!! to be
<br />paid and performed by Lessee, lxssor hereby grants and leases to Lessee an undivided

<br />An undivided one,-half (I/2) intercs, in and to all that portion of the

<br />Plata County, Colorado. which lies South of the South Bank of Horse Gulch
<br />(hereinafter the 'Leased Premises'), together with the right to ezplorc for, mine (by oj+en

<br />leased herein; and to the extent Lessor has or may have the right and title to grant and
