Laboratories,
ProjectlD: 99-144
ACZ Project ID: L60358
ACZ Laboratories, Inc. (ACZ) t surtace water sample from Western Water Consultants, Inc. on November 6, 2006. The
sample was received in good condition. Upon receipt, the sample custodian removed the sample from the cooler, inspecte
the contents, and logged the sample into ACZ's computerized Laboratory Information Management System (LIMB). The
sample was assigned ACZ LIMB project number L60358 for re-analysis on December 13th. The custodian verified the
sample information entered into the computer against the chain of custody (COC) forms and sample bottle labels.
All analyses were not pertormed within EPA recommended holding times. The sample was initially analyzed within the hole
time of 28 days on November 19, 2006. The re-analysis was pertormed 8 days after the hold time had expired.
This sample was analyzed for inorganic parameters. The individual methods are referenced on both, the ACZ invoice and
the analytical reports.
This report reflects the re-analysis of Total Mercury for L59830-01. The re-analysis did not confirm the original value of
0.0003 mg/L. The initial positive hit of 0.0003 mg/L on L59830-Ot could have been due to contamination or carryover from
an earlier sample. There will be no charge for the re-analysis.
REPAD.03.06.05.01 L60358: Page 2 of 7
Western Water Consultants, Inc. December 21, 2006
