Modification, Suspension, or Revocation of Permits By the <br />(iv) Psca~lgation of to;dc effluent ~*a*+~**a~ ar prohibitions <br />(including any sd~le of oo~liance specified iJr suds <br />effluent standani ar pxt~hibition) which are ~r~hi ; ~r,~ <br />under Section 307 of the Clean Water Act, where suds a <br />toxic pollutant is pr+e,erit in the discharge arri such <br />G*a*+~a**j or prohibition is more stringent than any <br />limitation for suds pollutant in this permit. <br />b) Zhis permit may be modified in wkwle or in part due to a d~ange in <br />any condition that requites either a temporary ar mr„~a.,o„r <br />reduction or elimination of the permitted dischazge, such as: <br /> <br />(i) Promulgation of Water Quality S*ard?*~~ applicable to <br />waters affected by the permitted di~^1+arr~e; or <br />(ii) Effluent limitations or other requirements applicable <br />pursuant to the State Act or federal r~equireloesits; or <br />(iii) Control regulations prc~lgated; or <br />(iv) Data siilmitted pursuant to Part I.B indicates a potential <br />!ar violation of adopted Water Quality ~tarrL**~ or stream <br />classifications. <br />(v) Removal of a tempat-ary moditicatiorf to a stream starz9azd <br />thereby requiring the application of the stream standani. <br />c) 13.., permit may be modified in whole ar i]7 part to include new <br />effluent limitations aryl other appropriate conditions where data <br />sulaaitted pursuant to Part I.B.3 indicates that such effluent <br />limitations and oanditiass are necessaLy to ensure ooaplianoe with <br />applicable water quality ararr ~rr3e arld protectiar of classified <br />uses. <br />d) At the request of the permittee, the Division may modify or <br />t~**~;ate this permit if the following conditions are met: <br /> <br />Nde: i. - 31 Date: 1-84, revised 12-88 <br />
