What little topsoil ir, available on the disturbed s-:te will <br />be removed, atockpiied and seeded (to prevent erosion) in [he area out- <br />lined on the detailed map (Exhibit C-2). <br />All buildings, fuel tanks, equipment, puwer lines and other man made <br />improvements will be removed. Portals will be sealed. All rock dumps, <br />roads, building sites and other disturbances will be re-contoured when <br />possible (according to the U. S. Department of Energy requirements), <br />covered with the previously stockpiled topsoil and seeded with the folloir- <br />ing need mixture recommended by the U. S.
