<br />EXHIBIT F <br />The mineral will be extracted in an open pit stip mine. <br />Removal of the shale overburden will accomplished with a <br />crawler dozer. The overburden will be removed, segregated and <br />preserved on the deposit as indicated on the reclamation map <br />as areas A,B, and C to be utilized in subsequent revegetation. <br />The top soil will be removed and stockpiled in area D. <br />The underlay;.ng gypsum bed will then be drilled, using a <br />track mounted percussion air drill, Masted, using dynamite and <br />anfo, and removed, using a front end loader and trucks. <br />The quarry will be opened up from the southwest side of <br />the deposit and quarry face progression will be in the north- <br />easterly direction. ?uarry face progression will follow the <br />plan outlined on the reclamation map indicated in black and <br />numbered 1 through 11. At step U1, the overburden from areas <br />1,2,and 3 will be removed and stockpiled in area A. The top <br />soil will be removed and stockpiled in area D. The gypsum will <br />be removed from area 1. This stage will require two years. <br />Stage two, the overburden, .Dill be removed from areas <br />4 and 5, and stockpiled respectivdy in areas B and C. Tlie gypsum <br />will be removed from area two. This stage will be done in <br />years three and four. <br />Stage three, the overburden will be removed from section <br />
